We are happy to say that after a brief stay in the Hospital, Romelo has been released and Lil Rocko is doing better to. Monica posted this via Twitter:

God, Love, & Family are the best. All 3 of these things are the reason Romelo was just released to go home. yaaaaay. Sweet Jesus.
